I didn't start Inspire Designs & Services because I'm great with spreadsheets (though I am). I started it because I watched too many brilliant coaches and entrepreneurs sacrifice their own well-being to administrative chaos; canceling their therapy appointments to handle scheduling, missing family time to respond to emails, and resenting the businesses they once loved.
With a psychology degree from UCF, I recognized the burnout patterns before they became a crisis. With life coaching certification, I understood that fundamental transformation isn't just about checking tasks off lists; it's about protecting the space where meaningful work actually happens.
